·        Business Consulting:  initial 2 weeks included. ( additional cost if more required )

·         Ongoing customer service

 

NEWATER SOLUTIONS FRANCHISEES will be required to meet the following criteria:

MONTHLY estimated “Overhead” cost to operate a basic territory from home (approximate only):

Approximate total monthly Overhead operating cost:         $ 200.00

 

Unfortunately it is impossible to predict what amount of profit each franchisee or territory will make on a monthly basis.  This is due to the fact that the work ethics and personality of the individuals are unknown and each new territory must be marketed once it is operating.  Each operating franchisee can expect an approximate growth in their client base of about 10-15 new clients per month.  Refer to ROI or Sales profit sheets to determine potential income growth. After the 1st year in business there is also a constant residual income monthly from rentals and servicing to continue into a retirement.

1.            Base Distributor $ 19,000.00 - Small Business in home or office

 Included in Initial Fee:

Ø      Inventory & Stationary with retail value of approx. $ 7,500.00  (including tax) 

Ø      Help set-up of business structure with Rental program, Sales and Service

Ø      Basic training for installations

Ø      Two week period of business consulting from experienced Business Consultant

Ø      Ongoing customer service

 

 

2.           Retail Distributor $ 49,000.00 - Retail Store with 24 Hour Bottle Depot Dispenser

Same as Base Distributor including:

Ø      Inventory & Stationary with retail value of approx. $ 10,000.00  (including tax)

Plus:

24 Hour depot station for dispensing bottled water from a retail location and set-up of dispensing station

Including:

¨       500 gal. storage tank for water

¨       100 - 5 gal. water bottles

¨       500 - 5 gal. water bottle caps

 

 

    Additional costs for Dealerships

 

¨            Any setup costs associated with a retail location; Leasehold improvements, etc.

 

¨            Any inventory not included in initial distributor list of inventory or additional supplies

 

¨            Signs, Signage and any other or additional advertisements and advertising material

 

¨            All stationary, business cards, office equipment and supplies

 

¨            Any additional inventory, installation supplies, tools and equipment not stated and required.

 

¨            All additional business training or consulting to be contracted monthly on an ongoing basis.
